My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The exceptional assistance from the staff truly made a difference, as they were always eager to help with special requests. The kids had an absolute blast with the engaging activities and water park facilities, which provided a hearty mix of fun and relaxation for the entire family. On the downside, while the dining options were good, I felt there could have been even more variety available. Overall, the atmosphere was perfect for what we were looking for, making it a memorable trip.
